Good luck to the 2011 IRONMAN Arizona athletes in our group: Charlie Boeyink and Bob Trent!!! You guys have done the hard part...now it's time for the reward. We will be hoping for a great day for you, and look forward to watching you compete!

I'll be out tomorrow cheering and armed with my camera! What a great way
to celebrate all your hard training. You guys will do great and congrats for just
getting there!
