Congratulations to both Kim and Kristina on their races this weekend:

- Kim placed 6th out of 290 in her AG in the Denver Rock 'n' Roll 1/2
Marathon in a time of 1:46:50 on cold 32 degree morning in the mile
high city. The five in front of her were all from Colorado and well
acclimated to the altitude. Super job for a desert dweller that has
been running in 80 degree temperature at low altitude! Congrats on
your PR Kim!

- Kristina was the 2nd overall female in the Cactus Cha Cha 7mi trail
race Saturday morning with a time of 54:22. A good time considering
she fell hard after tripping around the 2mi mark. Keep icing Kristina
and congratulations!

Way to gooooooooo, K's!!!
Kim, how does it feel to be 98th percentile??? Wow...
Kristina, welcome to the club. I feel your pain...literally and figuratively. We should exchange info on proper falling technique when I'm back from Mexico. Hope you are OK for LB, and congrats on the podium finish!!!

thanks and congrats to Kim!  you are a better woman than me.

BTW, Norm beat me for the first time yesterday and I think he hates to say it, but he was pretty darn pleased about it.  He was also one place out of the top ten for the men. He is getting super speedy!

Good job Norm! I was wondering when you were going to break that threshhold. Now it's time to think about that 3 hr marathon. Yasso's at Mountain Ridge on Thursday's--- you love track and that will get you there along with your LSD! PFChangs?
