Providers,
The 09/17/2008 billing cycle was run today. But if you log-in to the
CBIS web site to retrieve your remittance advice on-line, you will be
unable to do so. We have encountered an error, which we are trying to
resolve. This issue will probably not be resolved until sometime on
Thursday, 09/18/2008. Please be patient as we try our best to fix the
problem.
Providers will still receive their remittance and mismatch statements
within the next several days via the US mail.
