Please be aware that the University of Louisville (where CBIS is
housed) is experiencing problems with the voice mail system. This
started yesterday, Monday, February 25 and is still a problem. If you
have left a voice mail message for any of us, or if you call and leave
one today, please be aware that we have no access to the system, even
though you will not notice a problem when you leave your message.
Supposedly, when the server again becomes available to us, your
messages are supposed to be there. However, if you continue to not
hear back from us, please call again. This is a campus-wide problem,
and they are working on it. We do not know when the system will be
back up. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We
are doing our best to make sure the calls do not go to voice mail, but
we can only do so much. We greatly appreciate your patience.
