Cut-off Date Clarification

With the introduction of CIMS, there has been some confusion over the
next cut-off date. To clarify:

1. If you fax your bills (which we hope you will not do; take
advantage of CIMS instead): your cut-off date date is 3:00 pm on July
30.

2. If you mail your bills (which we hope you will not do; take
advantage of CIMS instead): your cut-off date date is 5:00 pm on July
30 (receipt in our office).

3. If you upload a spreadsheet, your cut-off is still midnight, July
30.

4. If you enter your bills through web-billing on CIMS, your cut-off
is 5:00 pm on August 5.

Please do not wait until the last minute to bill through CIMS. You
enter one bill at a time, and if you log in at 4:45, you probably
won't be finished by 5:00. You may, however, enter claims as many
times between now and then as you like, every day, or even after every
visit. There is no need to wait and do all your billing at once.
