It is cut-off day and everyone waited until the last minute to fax
their bills! We have one fax machine that is not working properly.
One fax machine is fine, but the "rollover line" had to be unplugged
from the malfunctioning machine, which means you might get an endless
ring. Please hang up and try again. When the main line is not busy,
your fax will go through. We apologize for the inconvenience, and
will accept faxes through 10am tomorrow (Thursday) for the cutoff,
rather than 3pm today. Do remember that you should not use that as an
excuse to wait until tomorrow to send your fax, and your billing
cannot contain any dates of service for 3/27/08.
If you faxed your billing early this morning and are concerned we did
not receive it, please call
800-781-2967.
As always, we do NOT recommend the fax machine as the primary resource
you should use to submit your billing. Please remember to always send
your billing early, preferably with some sort of return-receipt
option, or bill us electronically.
