Sometime last night our building experienced a power outage causing
our website to go down and malfunction. This did not occur until 7:52
pm, and therefore only affected those providers who waited until the
last minute to upload their billing. Please do not wait until the
last hours of the cut-off date! Once the problem is resolved, we will
send out another email, and we will extend the cutoff deadline for
uploaded electronic files only. In the next email, we will let you
know what the new deadline is.
Please do not call about this problem, because it takes our time and
attention away from working on the problem. We know about it, and are
working to resolve the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience.
