Please note that CBIS will not accept TOTS child id numbers. During
the time that CBIS and TOTS will be running concurrently, both a CBIS
id and a TOTS id will have to be issued. No payments will be made
using TOTS ids. CIMS will not accept TOTS ids. Please be advised. We
have already had several children entered into our system with TOTS
ids, and changed our edits to make sure no more are entered.
