Tax System and Administration in Tokyo and Kyoto; the CIAT Technical
Conference in Sevilla, Spain; the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
Visitation Program in Washington DC; the International Seminar on
Taxation in Tokyo-Hiroshima, among others. Presently, he is Director II,
CESO V of the Bureau.
