Charge for Ministerial Search

The Standing Committee has issued a formal charge to the Ministerial Search Committee:

The Standing Committee of First Parish  in Concord charges the Ministerial Search Committee to act on the  behalf of First Parish to recommend the best Senior Minister they can  find to the Congregation.  Background information for this search  should include: the congregational input gathered from the data and  energy of the Spring Forward Weekend, the congregational survey data  on senior minister competencies, UUA guidelines on senior minister  competencies and the most recent reflections on First Parish mission  and vision, as well as other sources the committee deems  appropriate.
