Just a reminder of this opportunity to speak live with members of the transition team and the search committee TONIGHT!

All FP Choir members are encouraged to attend the Ministerial Search and Transition Focus Group before rehearsal! 

Your opinions are important to our journey ahead. We will focus on three questions: 

1. What roles do the larger congregation, staff, and ministers play in the life and mission of the First Parish Choir? How are your relationships?
2. Let's look ahead to year 5 of our new minister’s term. Hypothetically speaking, what has made these last 5 years so successful for your group?
3. What obstacles to a successful ministry does your group see for our new minister?
