Availability for Rudi's service - please respond ASAP

Dear Choir,

Rudi's family is working with Amy to schedule a time for Rudi's memorial service. 

There are two dates we are looking at and since they have asked for the choir, I think it's important to know your availability. I know we will be missing a significant number of sopranos on the weekend of November 11-12, but they are asking about a Saturday service. There's a lot to balance here, so I ask for your understanding. We'll try to find a time that works best for the family and allows for a strong choir showing.

Please respond to me ASAP, but by 3pm at the latest and let me know your availability on these dates:

Thursday, November 9 in the mid-late afternoon.

Saturday, November 11 in the mid-late morning

If you can respond with your availability in your subject line it will help me sort all this data.
