UPDATE NOTES: GENERAL SECTION – ASC POLICY Version 4-2009
Here you go.
General 1,2 &3 should go in at page 3,Order Of Business, under #3 as
possibly a. b. c.
#4 also under Order of Business, not sure where.
I was going through the Regional Guidelines and they have an area in
their policies called Additional RSC Guidelines, first one is
FINANCIAL I have included theirs.
I think 5,6,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,28, and possibly 30. Also 32,34,36,
should all go under FINANCIAL. Benefit, anything having to do with
finances, you go to FINANCIAL heading.
Another thought, an ASC Guidelines, under Additional ASC Guidelines.
24, 25,29,30
Literature Guidelines #8,9,12,14,15,
In the past we (in other area's we had an Outreach committee) #11
belongs with them.
#7 I feel is redundant because we read the Traditions and Concepts at
beginning of meeting.
#15 could be either under Order of Business to inform groups or under
treasurer and literature both.
#17 Order Of Business
#26 Reports
#27 Activities
#31 Secretary and Activities Guidelines
#35 which is #34 the second time in Policy should be in Chair and Vice-
chair guidelines.
#10,16,33 I'll have to get back to you on, not sure at this moment.
