Hello all,

 Today in class, we went over past material and had an oral test to test the knowledge of the children that they need to know in time for their Holy Communion. It seems however that atleast some of them weren’t able to recall a majority of the prayers. In order to remedy this, we will have to ask you dear parents to step up the pressure on your children so they can know all the prayers and lessons they need to know in order to be eligible to receive the gift of the Holy Sacrament.

   Next week we will talk about reconciliation

     As we learned more about Holy Eucharist it would be beneficial for the child to watch the small Eucharistic miracle. The link is given below.

Today's prayer, Apostle' creed I believe in God, the Father almighty,   creator of heaven and earth.  I believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord,   who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,   born of the Virgin Mary,   suffered under Pontius Pilate,   was crucified, died, and was buried;   he descended to the dead.   On the third day he rose again;   he ascended into heaven,   he is seated at the right hand of the Father,   and he will come again to judge the living and the dead.  I believe in the Holy Spirit,   the holy catholic church,   the communion of saints,   the forgiveness of sins,   the resurrection of the body,   and the life everlasting.
