Hey Fellas,

I've taken over the Monthly Report for Kris. You've all seen the
report a few times now and I would hope you have a grasp on it. This
month I won't do too much different than Kris has been doing, but let
me know if there is anything you'd like to have me add/remove/alter.
I'll be playing around with it in the next few months, don't be afraid
to tell me if you like/hate/indifferent to the changes.

Monthly Report for October 2010
-----------------------------------------------

*FINANCIALS*

Nothing has changed.....Shocking. But when it does, we'll have to pop-
the-cork! This is the Balance Sheet for Oct:

https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=tj0jotvclTrOKLLx55wK8Mw#gid=0

*WORK IN PROGRESS*

As Kris mentioned last month, he was doing away with this section and
replacing it with the Dashboard. To see work in progress, go to:

http://www.fireworksproject.com/collabworks/priority_dashboard

*ELIGIBLE VOTING MEMBERS AND CURRENT POINT TOTALS*

Members who received points in Sept:

* Amit Rawat
* Shawn Davis
* Igor Petrov
* Mike O'Hara
* Kris Walker

The current point totals:

https://spreadsheets1.google.com/ccc?key=t_5K_tn82HU_9BSy8QBI35w&hl=en#gid=0

As soon as we get point votes, I'll update the spreadsheet. Currently
about 12,500 equals 1% of the company.

*CURRENT AND COMPLETED WORK*

Until we get off of Basecamp I will be basing all completed work from
the Overview list from the 1st of the month until the last day (Oct 1
- 31 for this month).

Package Server 1.0
------------------------------

In the excitement of Shawn's work on the Package Server, Kris gave
credit to him on last months Report, even though code wasn't pushed
until October. However, after a code review done by both Kris and
Shawn, Shawn has pushed an updated version to github.

Code pushed: Shawn
Code review: Shawn and Kris
Comments made: Shawn, Kris, Amit

Priority Dashboard
----------------------------

In our attempts to pry ourselves off of other peoples' software, Kris
has created the Priority Dashboard. This is the first of hopefully
many steps to create internal software for the FWP. There have been
ongoing discussions as to integrate Collaboworks into the Dashboard.

Code pushed: Kris
Software Review / Bug Tickets made: Kris, Igor, Mike
Comments made: Kris, Igor, Mike, Shawn

Collaboworks Messaging Board
---------------------------------------------

It's unanimous (I believe) that we would like to rid ourselves of
Basecamp. Collaboworks is that first step.

Code contributed (but not directly pushed): Shawn
Software Spec: Kris
Software Discussion: Kris, Shawn, Amit

JS Loader
---------------

Kris shared his thoughts about the importance of the JS loader and
mentions that future work will be done.

Comments made: Kris, Shawn

Biz Model in wrong URL space
--------------------------------------------

Kris noticed a mistake he made with Biz model's URL and made an issue
tracker for it.

Comments and issue tracker: Kris

Website 7
---------------

A new version of the website was pushed by Kris. Kris also created a
wiki to help members contribute code to the FWP.

Code pushed: Kris
Wiki Created: Kris
Comments made: Kris, Amit, Shawn

Trademark
----------------

The Trademark Process jumped through one more hoop as the application
was deemed acceptable by TM lawers. The details have been shared:

My vote:

Kris 50,000 For lots of code commited
Shawn 30,000 For work on package server and good participation in other areas
Amit - 1000 for participation
Igor - 1000 for participation

Kris also brought it to my attention that I had the privacy setting to strong from the google spread sheets.  I loosen them up and you should be able to view them.  I also updated the point allocation to represent everyone who voted thus far.
