Completed Work
---------------------
* www.fireworksproject.com Iteration #2
The website went live on Dec 12th 2009. Thanks to Martin Hipp for his
work on the graphics, layout, and styles, Mike O'Hara for his work on
forging the lion share of the content (I ended up sabotaging much of
it to get it to flow into the layout) along with some slideshows, and
Kris Walker for implementing the hosting environment on Google App
Engine and the Content Managemen System on Kixx.

* Virtual Real-Estate in the Worrrrrld Wide Web.
Mike initiated an ongoing project to start tracking our virtual
resources like domain names and social application accounts.

website by Mike and Kris.

* A number of patches were made to the code base for Kixx by Kris.
It's all geeky stuff but you can see it here:

and here:

* An advanced challenge response authentication server side
implementation in Python by Kris. It is written for DCube and
www.fireworksproject.com: (More geek stuff. It has to do with
passwords and security)

* And last but not lease the trade mark applications were submitted on
Jan 4th, but I'm going to throw it into the December bag instead.
Thanks to Mike for his work on this.

Work In Progress
---------------------

* DCube distributed data has been forked off into a more refined code
tree
specifically for Google App Engine in Python. The first iteration is
due Jan 4th.

* The Crown Construction pilot program awaits a production ready
implementation of DCube and some GUI additions before we will start
invoicing them.

* Our collaboration software project is still on the back burner.
Currently our priorities are to get a production version of DCube and
Kixx up and running before we start work on this project again. We
are also evaluating Basecamp and Wave for possible ideas.

* Our lawyer has forgotten about our proposed changes to our operating
agreement
and I've yet to get a chance to get back in touch with him. This will
happen shortly, I promise.

* Our creation story, which will become the cornerstone of our brand
both internally and externally, is still in it's early draft form,
taking a back seat to other priorities at the moment.
