Completed Work
----------------------
* The Fireworks Project Website completed iteration #1 which was the
planning phase for the first live release (iteration #2). This
included mockup diagrams by Martin Hipp and wire frames by Kris
Walker, content specs by Mike O'Hara, URL spec and content management
research by Kris Walker and a good discussion by all.

Work In Progress
----------------------
* The board of directors has been working on proposals for an amended
operating agreement. Details can be found on this thread:
http://groups.google.com/group/fireworks-project/browse_thread/thread/7d0f9a29c904de5b
This project is stalled pending a response from our lawyer.
* Our creation story, which will become the cornerstone of our brand
both internally and externally, is still in it's early draft form,
taking a back seat to other priorities at the moment.
* DCube distributed data has been through a couple of early iterations
and is no going through a "clean-up" phase before we bring it into
production. This is a sprint iteration and was due Thursday, Nov
12th before being pushed aside to be worked on in parallel with
the work on the Fireworks Website.
* The Crown Construction pilot program awaits a production ready
implementation of DCube and some GUI additions before we will start
invoicing them.
* Our collaboration software project is still on the back burner.
Currently our priorities are to get a production version of DCube and
Kixx up and running, and get through at least one more iteration of
our website design before we start work on this project again. Mike
has acquired some invites to use the new Google Wave client beta which
should give us some good ideas.
* The website iteration #2 (the first live release) was due on
December
2nd, but got delayed. It should be live by Dec 8th at the latest.
