1. The only members to receive points for October 2009 were Martin
Hipp and Kris Walker, making them the only active members able to vote
points for November.

2. Martin and Kris may vote points to their fellow members by posting
the number of points they would like to vote to each member to this
thread. (see previous examples

Just so you guys know, I base the number of points I vote on the the
amount of value I feel you have each added to the company within
recent months. I do it this way because each point represents a share
of ownership in the company, and a share of the profits when they
begin to materialize. You are free to vote points based on any
criteria you think is important, but remember that you points go a lot
further if your co-workers are aware of what you find valuable.

I'm voting 6000 points to Martin Hipp.
He jumped into the website project in iterations #1 and #2. He
delivered what was needed to advance the project without adding too
much complexity to it. Most importantly Martin quickly adapted to the
use of software tools like Basecamp, Notable and Git, which is
extremely important for remote collaboration to work. In addition
Martin's code was clean, easy to read, and followed the proper W3C
standards. Professional grade coding is the core of open source
software development.

I'm voting 3000 points to Mike O'Hara.
In the past I've voted higher numbers to Mike because of his
invaluable contributions to building the company. During the last
couple of months we have been working mostly on our website, which
required more coding and design abilities than analytical ability.
Mike still made valuable contributions in the way of discussion,
critique, and some multimedia content, so the value of those efforts
needs to be reflected in his point totals for the recent months.

I vote 5000 points to Kristoffer Walker for setting up a public
repository on GitHub which we can all contribute too and developing
the content management system which powers the website.

I vote 2000 points to Mike O'Hara for his time spent researching the
process of getting our logo trademarked and valuable critique and
discussions concerning the website.
