SSH Tunnel with Fireworks

Dear Fireworks Team,

I have a new database that is located on a shared resource (Cluster 1), but I would like to access that database from other resources (Cluster 2). To do that, I think fireworks would have to support SSH tunneling from Cluster 2 into Cluster 1 to retrieve the workflows to run on Cluster 2.

Is this something that FWs can support? I don't see anything on the official docs about this.

Hi Nicholas,

I am not sure what support you need from FireWorks itself regarding tunneling. e.g., if you have a tunnel open through an external process, then FireWorks can simply connect via the tunnel (just modify the my_launchpad.yaml).
