Some of you may know I am on a dissertation committee at UMass - and we have been working for over 2 years on developing in accuracy and grace an instrument that will measure the incivility black or African-diasporic people feel in the workplace (any largely majoritarian workplace). This student's work is exemplary, i have had her in class and she is so smart and thoughtful, (and it is so fun to sit on a committee in a school of management that when someone says "Obama" they then look at you - and you know the work you help guide will be beautifully disruptive and informative.) The link is below - please take it and pass it along. It'll only take 15-20 minutes to complete. Feel free to take any excerpt from this for posting to your networks. If you need more information to pass it along - please lemme know - I know this student well! Thank You!

p.s. There is not judgement here about the volume or quality of your (black) networks - I just know that you are networkED and I /we want as much statistical power as possible (we are, of course on a tight deadline!)
