Hey Fire Walkers:
Reaching out with a question on diversity and education. Specifically - why does diversity matter (racial, but other types of diversity as well) in education?
I would be most appreciative of any reading resources on critical race theory, education, diversity, or other suggestions you may have to share.
I realize the answers to his question may seem intuitive in this circle, but I find myself banging my head against a wall explaining to a foreigner friend who does not have the experience of race/education in America.
