Hi

I established a new blog and enabled firestats

While the counter red 316 on a given 24 hours, the Banners campaign
directing to the site reported 2500 hits during the same time
(simmilar numbers from the two sites that carry the banner camaign)

What could be the reason such a difference?

Thanks

Daniel

Are you using wp-cache or another WordPress caching mechanism?

I got the same problem and have had it for some time. WordPress.com
Stats shows alot more visitors then Firestats and that is why i
started using WordPress.com Stats. I had visitors on my site that
never got counted, but i know they had been there. I only exclude the
default clients.

you have the same problem - yet you didn't answer the simple question I
