I lost the dang piece of paper I wrote my install password on and now
I can't access my database via phpMyAdmin.
I still have the installer-config.php file with what looks like a
hashed copy of the password. If I send it to you can you reverse it
and tall me what my password was? I thought maybe it was an MD5 hash
and ran it through a reverse MD5 utility but it didn't recognize it.
Can you help me?

the installer config password has nothing to do with mysql.
you can just delete the file and it will ask you for a new password.
