Minor trnaslation changes in FireStats 1.3

Hi all,

a bug related to the behavior on some versions of mysql was found, and
it forced me to make changes to some translated strings.

I used this as an opportunity to fix a long standing spelling error as
well (recommanded vs recommended).

please update your translations in the 1.3 branch.

I see you already managed to commit the file once.

what error do you get?

subversion promts me to input username and password again and again...
so i thought i got no rights.
