Anyone else not receiving support after paying for the software and
support package?

Over 72 hours and no reply plus the support link which was emailed to
me just says "there is no tender here"...

Am I missing something? It says I have 90 days worth of support. I've
tried tweeting, using the contact form on their website and directly
emailing firerift with not a single response.

If firerift guys read this, get in touch. I need support.

If anyone else has had any trouble with this software or the support
package what are your feelings about it?

I can tell you that unfortunately firefit is an incomplete product. Besides the missing support you will find missing some features as well and not everything is working properly. Also the documentation is not the best, consider there is not documentation for developer which could have been useful... I wish you good luck.

Thanks,

There is an increasing gut feeling that I've been conned. Is there a
way of getting my money back? If I've not recieved the service I've
paid for surely I'm entitled to a refund right?

I'm guessing I need to be able to actually speak to someone at
firerift to do this ofcourse which is my main problem anyway.

If I don't hear back from anyone by the end of the day I'll have no
choice but to look into legal action to get my money back as I've used
every know way of contacting them.

Shame. I was hopeful of this.

I think you can talk to Drew and find someway to solve this issue in a
more soft way. Try with twitter.... anyway best of luck

I wish I could get hold of him. I'd much rather have firerift working
and some form of direct support than go through neccesary means to get
my money back, but I can't afford to throw money away which I feel I'm
doing.
I've contacted via Twitter on numerous occassions but still hear
nothing back. My emails seem to be ignored.
If he is super busy I'd understand ofcourse but I atleaset deserve
someone to tell me this and when they will be able to help me out.

If you pay for support you should get it. Period.

Thanks for your help though dude.

I don't suppose you have come across the issue with the css seemingly
not being accessed once firerift has been installed. This is my main
problem I need support with. My server eets all the requirements,
passed the test and installed first time but when redirected to the
dashboard it is just text, no styles - nothing.

Same when viewing the test site in front end.
