ambulances were down 33% of time - what does that mean? - does it mean
on 100 days of the year at least 2 ambulances were in the shop? or
does it mean that every day at least 33% of their ambulances were
broken for the entire day or part of the day?
some response time info also - too sleepy to digest it
sudden cardiac arrest - 40% save rate ish - really?
