problem with the application

Hi,
I have a problem with your application.
Despite having removed from my computer, it remains on the mac app
store as an upgrade. I have done recently to format my system without
solving this problem.
Can you cancel my purchase from your database, so that I appear in
more updates (though your application is no longer present in my
system)?

Ok, so there is absolutely nothing that the fireplace team can do to solve this problem. This is an apple problem. We have no database of people's information who have purchased the app, apple would never let us have access to that. This is a problem with the operating system, OSX.
