ATTN: I Need HELP for FIREPLACE PLUS…..CAN SOMEONE HELP ME, PLEASE!!!!!

I just purchased the Fireplace Plus app. for my MacBook Pro Laptop. For some reason this app only stays on the screen for a few minutes, then after a few minutes the previous screen saver I had been using comes on, also shouldn't  this app. be downloaded to System Prefences - Desktop/Screen Savers?

I noticed that most of the questions that people have asked here and needed help with this app are never answered. What's up with that? Nice going FirePlace Plus App Developers……just because it's .99 does not mean you can ignore these issues. In today's economy .99 is not throw away money.  So PLEASE get it together or we will band together and sue you. I don't think you would like that very much. You can't put a product out there and have so many issues with it and ignore the problems. It doesn't work that way.  I will personally, on behalf of these customers (if they like) and myself file a lawsuit against YOU DEVELOPERS….and it won't be for .99.

Screen saver functionality is not supported with this app. It runs as a standalone application. We never say it runs as a screensaver in our description. Your regular screensaver may be getting triggered while running the application. Try disabling your screensaver first and see if that fixes the problem...

Well, that is not true. When you do a search for a fireplace animated screen saver your application pops up in a google search.  Somewhere in your description is screen saver, also I have tried to use it for the purpose it was intended and it DOES NOT WORK. It does do as you say, no matter if it a screen saver or wallpaper. 
If you click on this link and scroll down you will see that your application that you developed is in a google search for a Fireplace animated screen saver for MAC including multiple images. It is being advertised as a screen saver. I understand when you click on your link to your application the description does say Wallpaper, but it is advertised as a screen saver. It's misleading, also you cannot ignore pleas for support from YOUR CUSTOMERS.  Mr. Lauro, I suggest that you give feedback to your customers. They bought your product and are entitled to a refund if your product is flawed in anyway or give them the support that they are asking for. It's the law Mr. Lauro.  It's pretty simple…

I tried disabling my previous screen saver and your wallpaper/screen saver is not doing as you say.

Also the top search result on the link you send is not our app.  That's a different application.  Our app is neither advertised as a "screen saver" nor a "wallpaper" application anywhere in our description.
