FishTank and FirePlace PLUS Apps

I have downloaded the Fish Tank and FirePlace PLUS apps for $1.99 each (no complaints re price)

but how the ??$#?)(@!?? do you change the choices, have them side by side etc. when there are

no instructions and for the life of me can't figure it out.

Would appreciate clarification on this and Thanks!!!!
