German description in AppStore needs attention

Hi!

The German description in the AppStore needs to be proof-read by a
native speaker. There are a number of grammar glitches and typos:

hallo-def -> high-def
so dass Sie Musik abspielen [können],
Sentence "Dies ist die nächste Sache .." is purely worded and could be
cut out.
