Disable firePHP option not working

As above, when we disable firePHP from the options menu information is
still displayed in the console. This is unhelpful when debugging
javascript issues and do not require server side script logging.

This issue is fixed in FirePHP Extension 0.7.0rc2 (Firebug 1.9 is
required!). See: http://www.firephp.org/
I just put up this release.
