FirePHP + Firefox 5 + gzip large headers!

Hi there,

i did some updates on version 0.5 and rename my version to 0.6. maybe
someone can create a new official version and include my changes?

- fixed 2 lines that produce errors in firefox 5
- add an option to the server library to gzip headers + decompress on
client side!
- set max size of sent bytes => nginx produce internal server error if
buffer size is not large enough!
