FTP with POW

POW = home
COMPUTER=work
How can I get an FTP client to access my POW on my computer? I have
CrossFTP Server running on the POW but when I try to access if from my
work computer it wont work. Is there an easier way to do this?

CrossFTP Server and POW have nothing to do with each other. The one
doesn't need the other to operate. Try here:
