downloading the latest version of Adobe Flash Player

I just put on Windows 7 and I need to download the newest version of
Adobe Flash Player. Instructions say to find a yellow bar and click
"edit options". There is no yellow bar or "edit options" tab.

Adobe is strange. Sometimes you have to uninstall, reboot, then go to
Adobe, and install.
