مشکل کراش کردن فاير فاکس ۳.۰.۴

please help.
not long after upgrading from FF2 to FF3 some little problems started
to happen which bearable. but a few days after upgrading to FF3.0.4
this problem happens that left me no choice but to use Google Chrome
temporarily till i fix my lovely FF. the problem:
when i click FF short cut to lunch the browser, it lunches ok with
normal hpmepage and functions all right, but after 2 minutes i get a
pop-up messege saying FireFox encountered a problem and must close
(ScreenShot is attached) and asking to report the error. then when i
restart the FF asks"if i want restore or new session). i lunch a new
session and this process happens again....I'VE TRAPPED IN A LOOP.
i un-installed the whole FF and installed again....i used older
versions...i scanned for virus...i searched the Mozilla help etc , but
the problem is still there. would you please help me out of this
horrible problem?i want my lovely FF back......Thank You Very Much

Hi,

Please try to start Firefox in Safe Mode, using the "Firefox (Safe
Mode)" shortcut in the start menu folder for Firefox, and let us know
if you can successfully start and use Firefox in Safe Mode.
