Copy metadata from duplicate bugs

Hello,

When closing a bug as a duplicate, some critical information could become less noticeable if it does not already exist in the original bug. For example, it was not clear that bug 1738056 affected accessibility; however, its duplicate (bug 1735712) has the keyword “access” which indicates an accessibility-related issue. To mitigate the absence of such important information, we implemented a feature for the autonag bot to automatically copy metadata from duplicate bugs to the original bug; this includes the following:

• Adding accessibility-related metadata 

• Setting the performance impact evaluation

• Linking to regressors

• Confirming the bug if the duplicate was confirmed

Please let us know if you have any concerns or want to suggest other metadata to be extracted from duplicate bugs. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated.
