Normandy to Nimbus Migration Plan

Hi everyone!

Following up from my presentation last week, here is the high level migration plan for transitioning Normandy's capabilities over to Nimbus.  We are currently wrapping up the work for Phase 1 and will be transitioning to Phase 2 early in 2023.  We will provide follow up communication as new capabilities in Nimbus become available.
