Page-Templates with calendar

Hello!

It's done. :) I've written a page template, which generates a calendar. It
also uses HaloScan comment system (if the user specified it) and
MovabeStyle stylesheets.

Wow - that looks great.

It only works properly if you archive pages monthly I guess.

I archive pages weekly, so there is no clear mapping for a calender.
Nice though. :-)
