Changes:

* Various bug fixes
* Loading indicator for variable viewer
* Firebug compatibility notification
* Custom template pack fixes

PHP Server Library:

For now you can download releases of the PHP server library from:

https://s3.amazonaws.com/update.sourcemint.com/cadorn.org/github/fireconsole/programs/lib-php-standalone/@revisions/0.1.0alpha/latest.htm

The download includes some examples. Simply access "/examples/" via a
PHP 5 webserver.

The server library examples show how to send messages from PHP to
FireConsole at a low level of abstraction (but higher than just
sending raw headers). At this level PHP objects are already encoded
for transmission to the client. A new FirePHPCore library will soon
sit on top of this to provide complete API backwards compatibility.

Custom Template Packs:

Custom template packs can be loaded with the PHP server library. See
the CustomTemplates.php example.

NOTE: This SHOULD work on OSX, will NOT work on WINDOWS (looking into
it) and is NOT tested on UBUNTU (yet).

Templates in template packs are written as domplates. You can find
info about writing domplates here:

* http://www.softwareishard.com/blog/category/domplate/
* http://code.google.com/p/domplate/
* http://www.christophdorn.com/Blog/category/domplate/

More info will come in due time.

Would love to get some initial feedback!

Under Windows, is there currently a way to manually install the custom
template pack to try it out?

Yes but it is tricky. If I cannot push a fix later today I'll provide
instructions for tomorrow.
