1.2.0b7 causing pages to not reload correctly

1.2.0b7 is causing pages to not reload correctly when using Javascript
(location.replace) to reload a page. I use the technique to reload a
page after an AJAX login (where it is really obvious that it didn't
reload). Once this happens, it is hard to reload the page (hitting the
reload button won't reload it -- only if I hold down the Shift key at
the same time). It is really frustrating changing logins. If you need
a sample site, I can send a private message with a user/login to check
it out.

One more note: I'm not using any other extensions at this point. Also,
it ONLY happens when the Firebug Net panel is enabled. Enabling or
disabling any other panels does not have any effect. The login menu at
the top of the page makes it easy to switch between being logged in
and logged off (it remembers your recent logins) which makes it easy
for testing.

When the Net panel is enabled, and I switch between users (and the
backend db says it is changed), I notice that the Net panel does not
show the main page HTML file which I think is at the heart of the
issue. It is pulling from cache, not reloading.

When the reload does work the one time with the Net panel on, it is
because I held the shift key to force all files to reload.

I am experiencing a similar issue:

After I set a cookie server-side with an AJAX call, the AJAX response
is correct.

However, when I return to the page / refresh the page, the new cookie
data is ignored - unless I flush the browser cache or disable the Net
panel in Firebug.
