FB3 How to open automatically

I cannot seem to figure out how to have FB3 open automatically when opening FF developer edition 37.0a2

Is it possible?

How exactly it should work?
Are you referring to the activation list?

I cannot find an activation list in FB3 and the "On for all pages" button is no longer in the drop down menu.

Yes, the feature is not yet available in FB3, please file a new issue here:
https://github.com/firebug/firebug.next/issues

Note that you can set "extensions.firebug.allPagesActivation" to "on"
in Firebug 3 alpha 9 to make sure the UI is opened automatically.
(just like in Firebug 2)
