User Enhancement Request (Issue 7197)

A few days ago I came up with a minor feature for Firebug and decided to implement it. I read the /newfeature link and thought that I covered all the required information--however my issue now has a message at the top that says "https://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=7197" so I assume that I missed something... if someone could tell me what that is I would be happy to provide more information/assist in any way that I can.

I summary of the issue is "Export Cookies to Clipboard as JSON", so I think that's fine. :-)
