Get Request shows spinning wheel indefinitely in Net Panel

I have created a test Firebug build that could also solve this problem.

Hi All,

I am new to firebug, hence haven't used it extensively.
Recently, I am seeing a Get request which doesn't complete. I see a spinning wheel indefinitely. So I wanted to know, that what does this signify, is it that it is trying to make the request but is unable to or something else?

Kindly, help me with this.
