Unable to upload the Google "page speed" Firebug addon

I tried to add the Google page speed add-on to Firefox's Firebug page and received a message stating unable to download program because of a "connection failure on developers.google.com".  What am I doing wrong. The page speed program would be invaluable if I could get it.  Need help.

I just tried to install Page Speed addon from:
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/?csw=1
(see  Install browser extensions (Chrome, Firefox) on the page)

... and it's working fine and I am able to analyze a web page.

From where did you try to install it?

Now I noticed that you actually want to *upload* the extension.
Do you want to upload a new version on Mozilla Add-on site?
