easier css debugging

An extra option on the "style" menu to filter out (not show) styles
that have been overridden would make css debugging a lot smoother
because sometimes there are are lot of elements (especially if you
have a reset.css) that have been overridden and I don't want to scroll
though all the elements of whats 'not' been applied, sometimes I don't
care and just want to see what 'is' applied.

Wish I could attach a screen shot which very aptly highlights this
need, but suffice to say this small option would make a big difference
to usability in a number of cases. Obviously you'd want to be able to
turn it off/on ;)

It could be put in the menu next to "expand shorthand properties"
