Vertical panels option does not respond

I have several FF profiles with firebug enabled, some have firebug vertical panels set to on, some off.
These were set quite a while ago.

For some time now, I have been unable to change the vertical panel setting.
This is happening in all profiles and has not changed with any firefox or firebug version update.
Disabling all other extensions changed nothing.

Any ideas?

I assume you're using Firefox 15.0.1 and Firebug 1.10.3, right?

Primarily create a new profile and try it there. Also are there any errors displayed in the Firefox Error Console?

Does it help if you reset all Firebug options?

I assume you're using Firefox 15.0.1 and Firebug 1.10.3, right?

No errors to do with the vertical panels

This solved the problem, Thanks

btw, when I searched for and loaded firebug into the new profile, via the addons panel, it loaded v1.7, had to update to current...

Firebug 1.7 is not compatible to Firefox 15, so I wonder how that could happen. Anyway, if that problem occurs again, please report that to Mozilla.
