Hi all,

I've just reported an issue about the firebug slowness after upgrade.
As John suggest, removing prefs.js from the profile solved the
problem.

Here's the official report
http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=3200
where i've attached the old prefs.js and the new one.

This thing is happening with mac osx and ubuntu with 2 different
firefox version.

Tomorrow I'll provide the prefs file with ubuntu, I'm at home now the
other pc is at office ;)

Just a small update, Andrea found that Firebug Icon Menu > Options >
Reset All solves the Firebug slowness. We are now trying to isolate
the setting that may be the problem.

I've done few tests and seems that the slowness starts
when the "Show DOM Constants" option is ON.

I'm getting this issue when enabling that option from
the DOM Panel.

someone can confirm this behaviour?

Thanks for this great work to find the way to reproduce this problem!
Yes I can see it in my version as well.

Actually it looks like it breaks the Watch panel also.
