Firefox ESR support of Firebug

Hi,

notice I can't install Firefox in ESR 17.x (currently stable) or ESR 24.x (latest ESR)
Could use the old version at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firebug/versions/

Just FYI
Also would it be possible to keep firebug in support with the ESR version stream?

Firebug 1.12.4 is compatible with Firefox 23.0 and newer, so you can also install it on ESR 24.*. The latest version compatible to ESR 17.* is Firebug 1.11.4.
Firebug makes use of browser APIs introduced in the most current versions of Firefox. Unfortunately we don't have the resources to provide fallback functionality for these to maintain backwards compatibility with older versions of Firefox.
