Firebug 3.0.0-alpha.5: where is the Firebug Menu now? (especially look for "Vertical panels" option)

As the title says, I'm looking for the "Vertical panels" option, in order to have side panels at the bottom of Inspector panel.
And more generally, I wonder where are now located the bunch of options available at the FB icon with 2.x.

Firebug menu is available behind the Firebug icon displayed on the far left on the main toolbox toolbar.
The menu is not fully implemented yet, but your requirement is valid, so please file a bug here:
