Dynamic javascript created by PHP is reloaded in the source view panel.

I am creating dynamic javascript with PHP. When I view the source in Firebug it refreshes the source giving me incorrect code to view.
The page has the correct javascript but the Firebug source view is a new load.
Can I stop this behavior and force Firebug to display the source the page is using?

You should attach a test case, so the guys behind Firebug can reproduce your problem more easily.
Also, does the same happen for you within the built-in devtools? If so, it's rather a platform bug and should be filed at bugzilla.mozilla.org.
